Shipping, Delivery and Assembly

Our products are made to order and are not available from stock.

Delivery Time

  • For deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium, the average delivery time is 8 to 10 weeks.

  • For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, the average delivery time is 10 to 14 weeks.

Netherlands

  • If the product fits in the elevator and delivery is to the ground floor, 1st or 2nd floor, delivery and assembly are free for orders over €1,000.

  • For higher floors or difficult access, additional charges may apply.

Belgium

  • Free delivery for orders over €10,000.

  • For orders under €10,000, the delivery fee is €250.

Germany, France, and Luxembourg

  • Free delivery for orders over €10,000.

  • For orders under €10,000, the delivery fee is €350.

Austria

  • Free delivery for orders over €10,000.

  • For orders under €10,000, the delivery fee is €500.

Within the Netherlands and Belgium:

  • If an external moving lift is required due to narrow stairs or lack of elevator access, the cost (average €150) will be borne by the customer.

  • Packing materials (such as plastic and cardboard) will be removed by us after delivery.

  • Delivery and assembly are carried out exclusively by the professional team of Advena Home.

Outside the Netherlands and Belgium:

  • Delivery will be made to the front door only (no in-home delivery).
