2. Products and Services
Advena Home offers high-quality furniture and interior designs. Our products can be purchased online via our website, where detailed information is also available.

3. Prices and Taxes
All prices listed on our website include VAT. Prices may be adjusted in case of technical errors or incorrect information. VAT is included in accordance with Dutch law.

4. Delivery and Assembly

  • Delivery and Assembly are exclusively carried out by Advena Home’s delivery team.
  • Free Delivery and Assembly: For orders from €1000, free delivery and assembly are available, provided the product fits in the elevator and is delivered to the ground floor, 1st or 2nd floor.
  • External Lift Costs: If an external moving lift is needed due to narrow staircases or no elevator access, the average cost (€120) is borne by the customer.
  • Packaging materials (plastic and cardboard) will be taken away after delivery.

5. Returns and Cancellations

  • Returns: You may return an order within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Custom Products: As our products are made to order, returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
  • Cancellation After Production: Cancellations are possible after production has begun, but may incur additional costs.

6. Warranty

  • Warranty Period: Our products include a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for production and manufacturing defects.
  • Damage caused by improper use is not covered under the warranty, but repairs may be available for a fee.

7. Payments

  • We accept payments via iDEAL, major credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

8. Color and Material Deviations

  • Due to lighting, photography, and screen settings, minor color differences may occur between the product images and the actual material or color.

9. Liability

  • Advena Home is not liable for indirect, consequential, or misuse-related damages.
  • In the case of a manufacturing defect, Advena Home will repair or replace the product free of charge.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We treat customer data confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
