In the Netherlands and Belgium: If an external moving lift is required due to narrow staircases or inability to deliver via elevator, the cost (approximately €150) is the responsibility of the customer. Packaging materials (plastic and cardboard) will be removed after delivery. Delivery and assembly are carried out exclusively by the professional team of Advena Home. Outside the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery is made to the front door only (no indoor delivery). **For the USA (New York and Miami only), delivery is also to the front door only, with an estimated delivery time of 14 to 16 weeks.**
