2. Products and Services
Advena Home offers high-quality furniture and interior designs. Our products can be purchased online through our website, where detailed product information is available.
3. Prices and Taxes
All prices on our website include VAT. Prices may be adjusted in the event of technical errors or incorrect information.
4. Delivery and Assembly
- Delivery and assembly are carried out exclusively by the Advena Home delivery team.
- Free delivery and assembly are available for orders over €1000, provided the product fits in the elevator or is delivered to the ground, 1st, or 2nd floor.
- If an external moving lift is required (average cost €120), this cost is borne by the customer.
- Packaging materials (plastic and cardboard) will be removed by us after delivery.
5. Returns and Cancellations
- Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Because our products are custom-made, returns are only possible in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
- Cancellations after production are possible, but may incur additional costs.
6. Warranty
- Our products come with a 2-year factory warranty against manufacturing and production defects.
- Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty, but can be repaired for a fee.
7. Payments
- We accept payments via iDEAL, all major credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
8. Color and Material Deviations
- Due to lighting, photography, and screen settings, slight color differences may occur between the product photos and the actual material or color of the product.
9. Liability
- Advena Home is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for damages caused by incorrect product use.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect, Advena Home will repair or replace the product free of charge.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
- We treat customer data confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
- These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
